Steve Cerocke, President
Steve founded IQ Technology Solutions in 1993 with the goal of providing professional technical services and IT resources to business, government and educational organizations.
As the President and CEO of IQ, Steve provides corporate oversight, manages community relationships and focuses on client, vendor and employee development.
Steve is a native Nevadan, has been married to his wife Diane (who is IQ’s CFO) for over 30 years and has 2 grown children. Steve is an accomplished photographer and he and his wife enjoy hiking, kayaking and exploring as they travel the western US in their RV.
Jack Dawson, CTO
Jack Dawson joined IQ Technology Solutions in 1995. He became a Managing Partner in 1998 and as CTO he focuses on research and development to expand IQ’s technologies and increase the efficiency of their current operations. Jack’s extensive knowledge in all areas of information technology was pivotal in the creation and growth of the Technical, Professional and Managed Service Departments. He was awarded CTO of the Year in 2008 by the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurs and Technology.
Prior to IQ Jack worked as a computer operator for the Reno Hilton. He received his B.S. from the University of Phoenix. In the past Jack has taught Local Area Networks at Truckee Meadows Community College.
Jack lives in Reno, Nevada with his wife Jacqueline and his twin boys, where he enjoys volleyball and woodworking.
Aaron Boigon, Vice President
Aaron Boigon joined IQ Technology Solutions in 2002 and became a Managing Partner in 2005. Aaron has been instrumental in helping IQ to become the premier managed service provider in Northern Nevada.
Prior to IQ Aaron worked as a platform engineer for Silicon Graphics International where he worked closely with Windows platform support. Before his career at SGI he worked as a network administrator for Sagent Technology Software. He graduated with a double Bachelor’s with Honors and Distinction from the University of Washington.
Aaron has served as a youth pastor in the community, as well as serving on several different business educational advisory boards. He is a regular contributor to the Reno Gazette Journal in the “Business” section.
Aaron is married with three young children whom he enjoys hiking, camping, and swimming with.
